To be extra clear: no refunds will be given for pandemics or unplanned closures, snow conditions or weather, natural disasters or other acts of God, sickness or any other reason. 4 Packs and 10 Packs are 100% transferable all season long, so if you’re not able to use one or more of your passes, you can give them to someone else who can.
Reminder: Each guest is required to carry a beacon, shovel and probe to leave the base area whether you are on your own or with an instructor or guide. This equipment is available for rent at Bluebird if you do not have your own snow safety gear.
