**RESCHEDULED TO MARCH 27TH – Full Moon**
Enjoy Bluebird after hours on this special guided ski tour.
Leave the base area after we’ve closed for the day and meander up Lost in the Woodwards skin track to an open area where we’ll have hot beverages and enjoy the full moon.
Then, we’ll ski back to the by light of the moon and enjoy some more warming beverages by a fire. We’ll also have telescopes set up to observe nebulas and distant galaxies.
Participants will need to be familiar with their backcountry gear and comfortable skiing in the backcountry. They will also need to carry a beacon, shovel and probe.
This event will last approximately 2 hours. We will leave the base area promptly at 5:00 pm. Please arrive at 4:45 pm to get checked in and ready to ski.
A day pass is NOT required for this tour, only a new moon tour pass. All participants are still required to carry a beacon, shovel and probe. Please bring extra warm layers and a headlamp. We will be stopped to observe the sky for approximately 20 minutes and will be skiing in the dark.
