Tour with our avalanche professionals, Keith Hadyk and his pup Pooh Bear, in a course designed to introduce you and your furry friend to the best practices used by K9 avalanche rescue professionals. We’ll cover proper travel techniques and trail etiquette. Other topics will include:

• Establishing a mindset that best fits the goal
• Introduction to gear and methods of care for your pup
• Learn how to (safely) travel downhill with your pup in backcountry ski terrain
• Participate in a beacon race against our avy rescue dog

Cost is $25, free for BB+ members.
