This private lesson is tailored specifically to you and your group. Our instructors can teach your group Backcountry 1, 2, or 3 — or customize the lesson to fit your group’s needs. Tell us what you want to focus on, from gear basics to movement to navigation, or just show up and we’ll take care of you.

Please note: All participants are required to carry a beacon, shovel, and probe to leave the base area and participate in a lesson. Equipment rentals are available, and we recommend booking those in advance. Lessons do not include access to the mountain. Each participant in your group must reserve a day pass in addition to your lesson unless you have a Season Pass or you’re using part of a 4 Pack or 10 Pack.
